How long does membership last?

We have two membership options – annual (you’ll get two months free) and monthly. Depending on the membership type you prefer, membership lasts one year or is month by month. There is no contract with either  – and you can cancel at any time.

Is there an Annual membership option?

Yes – a lot of members are on the Annual option where you get two months free. Upgrade here to switch. Alternatively email admin@smashingtheglass.com and the team will action it for you.

My login doesn’t work

First, try using the ‘Forgot Password’ function on the login screen, as this tends to fix most logging in issues.  If that still doesn’t work, try logging in using a different browser and/or clearing your cookies

How private is my profile? Can others see all of these details?

Smashing Life is built for encouraging IRL, offline connections, so the details that you share, while completely optional, will let other members get to know you better. That being said, never share any personal details that you don’t want others to see. You can choose to share your email or not.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by emailing admin@smashingtheglass.com. Please ensure you leave at least 2 working days (Monday-Friday) before your next SL payment to ensure we can stop it in plenty of time. We’ll be sad to see you go!
