It goes without saying that Smashing Life is a place for free speech, venting, debate, high emotions etc.but we politely ask you to avoid using SL as an avenue for political discussion.

7. THIS IS A ZIONIST SPACE
Participation in Smashing Life is based on a shared understanding that that Israel is the home of the Jewish people, and it has the right to exist, flourish, and defend itself just like any other country.
6. NO CHARITY LINKS OR REQUESTS FOR FUNDRAISING
This is a hard one as we get asked so much and there are some great fundraisers for great causes. However we do not want it to turn into a charity group so it is a blanket ‘No Charity’ requests policy.
5. SHARE / POST WITH INTENT
Smashing Life is a place for all types of discussions. From the funny to the serious. Anything posted should be posted with the intent of starting conversation. Any images / videos / memes / links shared without a caption will be removed.
4. STRICTLY NO PROMOS, VOTING REQUESTS, OR AFF LINKS
No selling of products or services. Self-promotion, or promoting a business you work for, voting requests, affiliate and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.
3. BE SUPPORTIVE + RESPECTFUL
Give more than you receive. Assume the best. Give people the benefit of intent. Show respect.
Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

Be intentional about including your fellow Lifers in conversations. We welcome and celebrate all backgrounds, stories, and experiences.

Being part of Smashing Life requires mutual trust. Authentic discussions are what makes it great but they may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the community should stay in the community.
