Sauce:
- Onion
- Garlic

- In a bowl mix turkey mince (I use one packet for two of us), finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, paprika, cinnamon – be generous with the flavouring, three spoonfuls of matza meal, one egg
- Mix well and leave to sit for ten minutes.
- Then take the mince and make into ball shapes – I usually do this with my hands as I find it easier.
- Lightly fry over for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Once all the balls are fried over place them on a tray in the oven.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
Sauce:
- Chop onion and garlic and lightly fry over
- Add one tin of chopped tomatoes
- Add a good helping of Chilli and all the spices in the meat balls and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take the sauce and tip it over the turkey balls and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
