Leek and spring onion quiche

Ingredients
- Puff Pastry Sheet
- 200gr double cream
- 3 eggs
- 3 spring onions
- 3 leeks
- 25g butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Chop the spring onions and leeks and browned them in a pan with the butter
- In a large bowl: Combine Eggs & Cream – Beat together, then whisk in the add-in salt, pepper and nutmeg – add the spring onions and leeks
- Unroll pie crust and press into a pie plate, crimping the top edges
- Pour filling into pastry and bake until just about set, at least 25-30 minutes
