Notes
You can remove the cookie dough if you want to make classic chocolate brownies. If just making brownies then reduce cooking time to 15-20 minutes.

- 1/4 cup Caster sugar 225g
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cup all-purpose flour –
- 2 cup chocolate chips
Brownie mix:
- 185g unsalted butter
- 185g best dark chocolate

Then once cooled add in choc mixture to eggy mix and sieve in flour and cocoa powder. Can add extra choc chips too if you wish or if you are just making brownies white/milk are best!

Pour over cookie dough or in to a dish if just making brownies.
